This is the first new caricature I have done in a while, going to watch him live for the second time so he seemed like the ideal person to draw, I like my original sketch so decided to finish it digitally.

Finishing half done Caricatures
I'm now determined to finish all the half done digital caricatures that are on my computer, good or bad. There are just to many and I really need to clear up the computer so this gives me a good chance to try and get a lot of work out in one go.
Here is Russell Brand which was pretty much finished already just never posted it anywhere, and Jack Nicholson which was very quickly.

Back to Live Work
Back at last working live, I have not done any live work in a while because of the birth of my son. So its great to be back. This was a great job only one photo though and its not of any drawings sorry.
Back to the Gigs
Back to working live again, I have been leaving this work for the last few months what with everything that has gone on. Its great to be back I love working live and this was a brilliant day, unfortunately only one photograph no drawings just me:(
Caricature Shack and some newish Caricatures
So I have had a bit of a break lately and are just getting back into having lots of work again. I have finally split JPA Studios into a seperate caricature company called the Caricature Shack.
The website will be up and running soon http://www.caricatureshack.co.uk/. JPA Studios will now be just Fine Art and Architecture. While things are getting sorted out I thought I would start posting again so these are some that were hanging about.
I'm Back
I'm finally starting to get back to normal, after the birth of my son Finn Johannes McCarthy. Hopefully now I will start to do some work although I'm finding it quite difficult to stop being with him for any period of time.
